Where the data comes from
Prices come from notarial deeds in the Register of Real Estate Prices (Rejestr Cen Nieruchomości), published through the Head Office of Geodesy and Cartography (GUGiK). We update the data monthly. We do not use asking prices from listings and we do not invent numbers: we show a price only from 30 sales, always with the number of sales and the period.
