Frequently asked questions
Where do the prices come from?
From notarial deeds in the Register of Real Estate Prices – the prices flats actually sold for, not asking prices. We show a price only from 30 sales, always with the number of sales and the period.
Is the result an official valuation?
No. It is an estimate from prices of similar sales, not a formal valuation report (operat szacunkowy) by a licensed valuer. For a mortgage, the bank orders its own valuation.
How much does it cost?
The estimate is free and needs no account, phone number or e-mail. Only the PDF report is paid, if you order it.
Why are amounts in zł?
We show prices in Polish złoty, as in the notarial deeds. zł = Polish złoty (PLN). Numbers use the Polish format, with a space between thousands: 12 345 zł.
Do you offer consultations in English?
Our paid consultations are held in Polish only. The English pages offer the free estimate and the PDF report.
What language are the terms in?
The Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy are in Polish only, and the Polish version is binding. The report and the order e-mails are in English; the e-mails also include the binding Polish version. Terms of Service (Regulamin) · Privacy Policy (Polityka prywatności)
Do you share my data?
We do not pass your data to estate agents. The free estimate needs no contact details at all.
